Law Offices of Andrew J. Carboy, LLC

About Andrew J. Carboy:
Credentials, Leadership Roles and Reported Decisions

After twenty years of practicing law, including ten years as a partner of a major New York plaintiffs’ firm, I founded the Law Offices of Andrew J. Carboy LLC.

I handle many types of cases. I fight for the injured in cases involving: dangerous products; workplace hazards; toxic exposures; food poisoning; construction site accidents; motor vehicle accidents; dangerous buildings and premises; negligent healthcare; consumer fraud; institutional and caretaker abuse; and civil rights.

Having my own practice enables me to focus on my clients and to prosecute their cases exclusively.
